Job Summary
Collaborate with crew members to perform steel erection on commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects across Green Bay and neighboring areas. Operate hand and power tools while lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in variable weather conditions. Maintain a safe and quality work culture throughout the day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Travel as needed to support ongoing projects. Required Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
- Willingness to travel
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in both conventional and Pre-Engineered Steel buildings is preferred
- Driver's License (Preferred)
