Steel Erection Planner (St. Louis-based; Minimal travel)

Create project start-up guides and quality assurance programs while sequencing steel erection scopes for awarded pursuits. Develop 1-2 month look-ahead work schedules, coordinate labor, materials, and equipment, and manage EWM procedures. Read contracts with owners and subcontractors, develop relationships with craft workforce, and participate in project planning meetings. Set directions for field forces, assist with estimating change orders, and prepare site logistics within budget constraints. Mitigate schedule conflicts between subcontractors and self-performed work. Requires 10+ years of construction supervision experience, Primavera and Procore proficiency, and onsite availability in St. Louis with minimal travel.
