Job Summary
Steamfitter/Pipefitter Journeyperson needed in Bonnyville fabrications for a temporary full-time 5-on/2-off, 10-hour day shift. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting Acorn and isometric drawings, following foreperson/lead hand instructions, laying out, fabricating, maintaining and repairing piping systems carrying water, steam, chemicals or fuel; keeping tools and work area clean; setting up fittings and pipes for tacking; and hydrotesting. Required: Journeyperson ticket, WHMIS 2015, CSTS 2020, and successful pre-access drug/alcohol test. The role emphasizes being local to the area with a home-night expectation and involves hands-on pipefitting and fabrication in maintenance/project environments.
