Job Summary
Steam Service Engineer with electrical background to support field service activities focused on boiler operations, maintenance, commissioning, and continuous improvement across Maharashtra. Responsibilities include operating steam boilers (0.5–8 TPH as applicable) at customer sites, performing preventive and corrective maintenance of boilers and auxiliaries, assisting with installation, commissioning, and trial runs, training boiler operators on safe operation and best practices, maintaining service and commissioning documentation, ensuring compliance with boiler regulations and SOPs, and contributing to process standardization and learning feedback. Requires diploma/bachelor’s in electrical/mechanical engineering, 4–5 years of boiler operation experience, and a willingness to travel; 2nd Class Boiler Operator Certificate is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical engineering
- 4–5 years of boiler operation & maintenance
- 2nd Class Boiler Operator Certificate - Preferred
- Experience in boiler operation & maintenance and steam systems/thermal utilities
- Strong understanding of boiler systems & auxiliaries
- Hands-on troubleshooting capability
