Job Summary
Lead a global team of schedulers to deliver upgrades across Nuclear, Fossil and Industrial segments, owning and orchestrating the integrated, capacity-constrained master schedule for Steam Services Upgrades. Design, govern and continuously improve the enterprise-level scheduling architecture; translate schedule data into business insights; enforce schedule discipline, time fences, and change governance within the IMS; align with customer commitments and S&OE governance while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and field service to ensure timely equipment availability and risk management. Drive cross-functional collaboration, risk/scenario planning, and performance visibility for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Master Scheduling
- Educational qualifications equivalent to a master’s degree, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
- For USA roles: Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of related experience
