Job Summary
Steakhouse General Manager responsible for the successful daily operations of the steakhouse with emphasis on quality control and exemplary service to deliver a world-class dining experience. Lead and motivate team members, monitor guest interactions, coach service performance, and ensure guest satisfaction. Manage wine inventory par levels by reviewing sales data and placing orders, while collaborating with the Director of Food and Beverage, Executive Chef, and Room Chef on menu changes, including beverage and wine offerings. Maintain a visible presence on the dining floor to ensure guests’ dining experiences exceed expectations, and support the team in meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate Team Members to deliver a memorable service experience.
