Job Summary
Clear tables, set place settings, and maintain bus stations with ice, coffee, tea, plates, silverware, water pitchers, and glasses. Fill ice water pitchers, slice bread, set up butter dishes, and deliver items to guests. Retrieve wine glasses, return trays, polish silverware, and maintain restock areas with clean supplies. Deliver dirty dishes, scrape plates, load racks for washing, sweep floors, and clean spills. Follow health and safety procedures and adhere to company standards. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for shift duration, and obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift
- Ability to bend and reach for supplies and equipment and push carts
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and management in both written and verbal form
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred
