Job Summary
Directly supports the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef and Room Chef Assistant; enforces initiatives, oversees production responsibilities, and provides service to Guests and Team Members in a professional, efficient and courteous manner while maintaining a clean environment in accordance with Company standards. Demonstrates ability to work hands-on in a high-volume kitchen and perform fry, griddle, sauté, carve and steam tasks for meats, fish, eggs, vegetables and poultry per Station Casinos specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one to two years’ previous culinary experience
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- Great attention to detail to maintain unit’s appearance and operating standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
