Job Summary
Std Business Analyst with 2+ years in IT software development analysis. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; create IT system requirements and acceptance criteria; perform business process optimization and data workflow analysis; conduct user interviews and feedback sessions; participate in IT solution design; translate business needs into actionable specifications for IT teams; collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate workshops; work in an agile environment; proficient in English with additional UN language skills considered an asset. Desirable experience with Jira and testing software; knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); familiarity with enterprise databases, integration patterns, AI-enabled applications, and legacy IT systems.
Required Qualifications
- First-level university degree in Information Technology; Business Administration; or other relevant field
- Business analysis certification
