As an Tourism & Operations Intern at Indie Campers at the Dublin depot, you will be the friendly face of the brand, handling front-office tasks like guest check-ins/check-outs, payments, and explaining campervan functionalities, while supporting back-office operations such as aligning reservations with available campervans, preparing campers and kits, and monitoring stock. You’ll assist with quality control to keep campervans in top condition and help troubleshoot operational issues, enabling a smooth guest experience for road trips. The role targets students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related fields, requiring English fluency, a work permit if applicable, and a valid driver’s license. All internships are compensated and include online and on-the-job training focused on guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, team spirit, organization, time management, fleet coordination, and logistics, with potential international opportunities and possible integration into Indie Campers after the internship.
