Statistical Analyst – Retail Measurement & Modeling

Job Summary
Lead development and validation of Universe definitions and projection methodologies for FMCG/retail data in the Korean market; build and maintain data models for retail measurement; design and refine Universe settings; perform data cleaning and quality validation; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical approaches and communicate findings; translate analytics into clear client narratives and present reasoning, assumptions, and outputs to clients; continuously improve data quality and modeling approaches; manage stakeholder expectations and contribute to project delivery; requires hands-on Python and SQL, strong data-processing and statistical fundamentals, and effective client-facing communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Around 6+ years of experience in FMCG, retail measurement, consumer analytics, or related industries
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with SQL and large-scale datasets
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
