Job Summary
Conduct vehicle inspections, manage station operations, and oversee quality control for private and corporate customers. Coach and support staff, conduct development interviews including salary setting, and ensure compliance with authority regulations and safety routines. Drive sales initiatives by building client relationships and represent the brand as an ambassador internally and externally. Report to cluster chief Emil Nähr. Requires certified inspection technician and several years of leadership experience. Full-time role with collective agreement benefits including pension, insurance, and 58 hours of reduced working time annually.
