Job Summary
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure windows, lights, mirrors, and rear view cameras are clean. Safely operate stationary equipment including forklifts, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, sweepers, and balers while monitoring waste for hazards and depositing materials into appropriate piles. Load transfer trucks with front-end loaders, pack waste to regulate tonnage, and perform minor service repairs before documenting conditions on required reports. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining equipment operational readiness to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working at sites regulated by OSHA
- Valid certificate(s) of training and applicable licenses for operation of equipment, as required
