Job Summary
Operate and maintain central utility systems including boilers, chillers, pumps, and generators supporting continuous facility operations. Perform daily equipment inspections, monitor operating parameters and alarms, and complete preventive maintenance tasks. Respond to equipment malfunctions and emergency failures while maintaining operational logs and inspection records. Requires high school diploma, experience with commercial central plant equipment, and ability to interpret gauges and control systems. Rotating shifts (24/7 operations) in Culpeper, VA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
