Job Summary
Operate and monitor boiler rooms, HVAC systems, and emergency generators per manufacturers' specifications to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Perform preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air handling units, while troubleshooting repairs, interpreting schematics, and creating parts orders. Conduct daily equipment room rounds, visually inspect for malfunctions, maintain logs, and prepare for state inspections including boiler cleaning and refractory patching. Execute general maintenance repairs for lighting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and exterior grounds work, including snow and ice removal. Comply with all safety programs and emergency disaster procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Full-time day shift from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3rd Grade Stationary Engineer License
- Valid driver's license
- 3 years boiler experience as an operating engineer
- Full Time- Day Shift 8 am to 4:30 pm
Desired Qualifications
- 2nd Grade Stationary Engineer License
- Experience in the healthcare industry
