Job Summary
Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot complex HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, and power generation systems while performing preventive maintenance and repairs. Complete preventative maintenance work orders per standard indications and conduct mechanical rounds to check equipment, reporting discrepancies immediately to the supervisor. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, adhering to sterile dress codes in related areas, and collaborate with facilities personnel to ensure infrastructure operates at peak efficiency. Maintain precise logs and exercise necessary skills for fuel switching and safe equipment operation. Requires a valid Stationary Engineer license, four years of related experience, and a CA driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years overall Related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Driver's License: CA
- Universal CFC Certification/REFRIG Certification
