Job Summary

Safely operate station prime movers, compressors, valves, and auxiliary equipment while monitoring operating conditions, alarms, pressures, and station performance. Configure station equipment and operating modes based on changing system demands and conduct routine inspections of fuel, air, cooling water, lubrication, filtration, liquids storage, and safety systems. Support maintenance and repair activities, complete reports and documentation accurately, and actively participate in safety programs to maintain a safe work environment. Perform physical work in a field environment, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments, while residing within or relocating within 30 miles of the reporting location.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices
  • Ability to follow written and verbal procedures and instructions
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform physical work in a field environment and respond to operational needs
  • Must be able to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, standby, and on-call assignments as required
  • Must reside within or be willing to relocate within 30 miles of the assigned reporting location

  • Must be able to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines
  • Must be able to complete routine forms
  • Must be able to compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports
  • Must be able to communicate with individuals via telephone
  • Must be able to complete a background screening and substance testing
  • Must comply with all applicable company safety requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred: Mechanical, industrial, technical, or trades-related education or training
  • Previous experience working in industrial, pipeline, energy, manufacturing, or operations environments
  • Familiarity with equipment operation, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a safety-sensitive environment
