Job Summary
Lead station operations with a focus on capacity planning, cost control, and SOP compliance for cold-chain parcel handling. Drives Lean/Six Sigma improvement, monitors performance metrics, and manages a ~20-person team of supervisors, drivers, and sorters to ensure high SLA adherence and minimal damages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or cold chain operations
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
