Job Summary
Monitor assigned parking stations to verify rider repayment compliance for leased mobility assets and enforce daily or scheduled obligations. Engage riders courteously on outstanding arrears, facilitate collections via approved channels, and reconcile station reports with activity data. Identify high-risk riders, report missing or damaged assets, and escalate unresolved defaults to supervisors per defined processes. Ensure leased assets remain accounted for, prevent unauthorized deployments, and manage disputes while adhering strictly to safety and ethical guidelines. Submit daily and weekly reports on compliance levels and incidents.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND Certification
- Previous experience in collections, field operations, security, or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel or Google sheets
- Ability to use mobile devices or simple digital reporting tools
- Must reside within the stipulated job location
- Strong skill in conflict management and situational awareness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Firm but respectful enforcement capability
- Attention to detail and record-keeping
- Integrity and ethical judgement
- Ability to work outdoors and on rotational shifts
- Work hours 7am - 4pm
- Rotational shifts, including early mornings or evenings
- Station-based and outdoor role
