Job Summary
Station Manager responsible for overseeing all on-site operations at ISP airport, supervising a team of Interior Aircraft Cleaners, Building Maintenance Cleaners, Leads, and Supervisors. Ensures staffing, training, performance evaluations, and compliance with company/client standards; manages daily schedules for interior/exterior aircraft cleaning and building maintenance; oversees budget adherence, regulatory training (Airport I.D. and driving licenses) and daily reporting; handles inventory of cleaning supplies, parts, uniforms, and related items; enforces policies, safety protocols, and quality controls using the Springshot program; requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to coordinate with Directors, Client Management, and Corporate Staff; handles service requests, staffing adjustments, and 24/7 operation management; duties include customer training and safety briefings as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of related management experience
- Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
- Promote high-quality work standards
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business materials and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS)
- Experience with ADP payroll processing software, including timeclocks and timecard management
