Job Summary
Lead the independent leadership and establishment of the station location while overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation. Implement existing standards and processes, contribute ideas for improvement, and maintain constant communication with international teams. Motivate and lead the on-site team, manage onboarding, task planning, and quality control, while controlling recruitment to build the right talent for the location. Maintain an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners. Advise customers on products and services, sending them out as happy roadsurfers across Europe. This role requires a driver's license Class B, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and the local language.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in leading employees or teams
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
- You are a hands-on and effective communicator
- You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized
- You speak excellent english
- You speak the language for the country you applied for fluently
- Driver's license Class B
