Job Summary
Manage daily station operations including food and beverage, retail, baggage handling, parking, cleanliness, and maintenance. Lead daily briefings, mentor teammates, and oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews to foster a high-performing culture. Champion guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving complaints, and liaising with the Operations Control Center for displaced guests. Control budgets, analyze performance metrics, and manage procurement to achieve revenue goals. Ensure compliance with all SOPs, safety standards, and health regulations while collaborating with marketing, vendors, and IT to optimize station performance. Oversee inventory levels, deliveries, and preventative maintenance, providing payroll and scheduling support as assigned. Adapt to 24/7 operational demands, including weekends and holidays, to ensure seamless service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional hospitality or service environment
- Proven expertise in guest management, food and beverage operations, and process optimization
- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing operational metrics
- Familiarity with developing policies, resolving conflicts, and improving operational performance
- Strong leadership and delegation skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with guests, teammates, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Adaptability to 24/7 operational demands, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of health regulations and safety standards is a plus
