Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a medium to large car rental station, managing vehicle fleet availability, maintenance, and cleaning schedules. Recruit, train, and supervise rental agents and customer service representatives while scheduling shifts to ensure operational coverage. Monitor sales targets and manage station budgets to control costs and ensure profitability. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Ensure all transactions are properly documented and the environment remains safe for employees and customers. Lead a dynamic team within a global mobility network serving over 130 countries with a fleet of more than 250,000 vehicles.

- Previous experience overseeing budgets, cost control, and financial performance
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and industry regulations
