Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a medium to large car rental station, managing vehicle fleet availability, maintenance, and cleaning schedules. Supervise station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives, by recruiting, training, and scheduling shifts to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor sales targets, control operational costs, and maintain station budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Manage documentation and record-keeping for all transactions. Lead a dynamic team within the Network & Stations team, part of the broader Operations function, to drive success and achieve goals through others.
