Job Summary
Execute and coordinate all rental workflows including check-in, check-out, documentation, system updates, cleaning, and maintenance. Conduct basic RV/van checks for battery, water, gas, lights, and tyres, while escalating complex technical issues to regional servicing teams. Track daily KPIs, maintain accurate fleet status, and promote ancillary products through value-based selling. Coordinate daily shifts, allocate tasks across the small team, and demonstrate SOPs to new hires. Oversee RV preparation for sales appointments and enforce cost control measures for consumables and operational spending. This 70–80% hands-on role requires a driving license, physical stamina for lifting up to 15 kg, and flexibility for weekend and peak period shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg)
- Comfortable performing physical tasks as needed
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- 4 - 6 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
- Strong hands-on operational capability
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle physical tasks during high-volume periods
- Flexibility to work extended shifts during peak seasons
- Driving License (Category B)
- English proficiency
