Job Summary
Track and deliver shipments from pickup to completion while managing staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure tasks are executed properly. Act as a hub manager when necessary, handle cash on delivery payments, and bank funds daily. Control inventory to minimize risks of missing or damaged parcels, and work closely with customer service to fulfill requests. Conform to Quality Management System, OH&S, and GDPMD requirements by participating in related training, campaigns, and inductions. Maintain safety for yourself and others. Ensure all daily operations run smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field
- Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Bahasa Malaysia
- English
