Job Summary
Supervise the Station Electrician and/or Station Servicer crews in construction, maintenance, and operations work, respond to trouble calls, and perform service restoration of station equipment and structures. Ensure the safe and proper use of tools and equipment while leading crews following Company safety rules. Implement work plans, coordinate with other crews, procure materials, and maintain records. Must have an associate degree in electrical/mechanical/industrial maintenance or equivalent experience, with at least 6 years of Station experience, and familiarity with HV electrical equipment. Valid state driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of Station experience.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of Station experience to be considered.
- Must maintain a valid state driver's license.
- Must meet all vehicle operation requirements as designated by federal and/or state law.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to deal with employees, customers, and the public in a courteous and tactful manner.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise employees, interpret and transmit orders, and give instructions in a manner which obtains effective work results.
