Job Summary
Balance cash drawers, complete end-of-day paperwork, and ensure accurate transactions while handling cash and card transactions. Deliver excellent customer service, assist with deli prep, and prepare and serve food following proper safety guidelines. Maintain a clean fountain drink station, coffee bar, and restroom areas hourly, while cleaning the front entryway, windows, shelves, and cooler doors. Rotate and stock inventory, map floors, and inspect lounge showers, floors, and walls. This role requires an Oklahoma ABLE license and food handler certification, with flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays. The team operates within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment at Kaw Nation Gaming.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned—including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical requirements include sitting and standing for extended periods of time
- Frequent lifting, occasionally over 50 pounds
- Use of hands and fingers to separate, sort, and count currency and coins
- Ability to take directions well
- Ability to work within a small, enclosed area as part of a team
- Must maintain an Oklahoma ABLE (Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement) license
- Food handler certification
- Must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license
