Job Summary
Respond to emergency and scheduled maintenance calls while supporting Lead Technicians with on-site roof repairs and inspections. Communicate professionally with customers and teammates while learning to perform cleaning, inspections, and repairs on all roof types including tile, shingle, single-ply, and built-up systems. Assist with documentation using tablet-based service software and provide general roofing labor, yard duties, and other tasks as needed. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with potential overtime and on-call rotation for emergency and weekend work. Valid driver's license and willingness to work in all weather conditions required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Willingness to learn roofing practices and safety protocols
- Ability to use or learn tools like drills, blowers, and saws
- Tech-savvy or able to learn mobile/tablet apps for job documentation
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with potential overtime
- On-call availability for emergency and weekend work
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders up to 40 ft
- Comfortable working at heights and traveling throughout the North Bay
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of general work experience (roofing a plus!)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
