Job Summary
Conduct SEMAP audits and quality control for the HCV program, generating SEMAP reports and analyzing HUD SEMAP indicators. Provide training and technical assistance to Local Administrators, supervise QC inspections, and manage data/reporting across 25 LAs. Travel may be required. Collaborate with HCV Quality Control staff to analyze performance trends and prepare timely quality control reports with narrative and statistical findings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience in case management for low-income populations
