Job Summary
Support daily living routines including meals, hygiene, and household organization while assisting with community access such as shopping and outings. Encourage personal independence and responsibility by maintaining clear boundaries and consistent expectations. Communicate updates with care teams and complete required documentation. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance (meeting state requirements)
- Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying)
- Comfortable supporting personal care needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, DSP, behavioral support, or IDD roles
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
- Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
- CPR/First Aid certification
