Job Summary
Statement of Work Specialist responsible for managing SOW fulfillment across phone, email, and VMS platforms; support hiring managers in SOW bidding/RFx, onboarding and extension management of consultants; serve as a liaison between customers and suppliers to administer the RFP/SOW process; track progress, develop content and recommendations for deliverables, SLAs, penalties, and payment characteristics; provide Level One VMS support to hiring managers and suppliers, support consultant onboarding and offboarding, and escalate troubled requisitions when needed; maintain professionalism, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and contribute to a high-performing MSP/VMS environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of MSP/VMS experience; procurement experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience
- Industry knowledge of the staffing industry, VMS, and the difference between SOW and contingent workforce management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of Visio is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to present recommendations to management
- Team-oriented with a focus on accountability and urgency
