Job Summary
Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Performance teams to support delivery of dealer capability and performance objectives. Collaborate with State and Dealer Managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and capability gaps across the dealer network. Analyse dealership performance data to assess training and coaching requirements, then design, facilitate, and deliver engaging learning experiences for dealership and internal teams. Provide one-on-one coaching to dealership personnel to improve capability, behaviours, and business outcomes while supporting the implementation of key business initiatives. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement based on feedback and performance trends. Maintain accurate training records, activity reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in training, facilitation, coaching, learning delivery or capability development
- Experience working in a sales, account management, business development, dealership, finance or commercial environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present, facilitate and adapt messages for different audiences
- Proven ability to analyse performance data, identify trends and translate insights into practical improvement strategies
- Experience identifying capability gaps and implementing targeted development solutions to improve performance outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex behavioural, operational and performance challenges
- Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and partner experiences
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), or willingness to obtain
- RG146 accreditation, or willingness to obtain
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within automotive finance, banking, financial services or a related industry
- Understanding of consumer and commercial finance products, lending processes and dealership operations
- Experience designing or developing learning resources, training programs and workshop content
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Education or a related discipline
