Job Summary
STNA on Second Shift provides essential resident care in a healthcare/long-term care setting under supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene), supporting mobility and transfers, helping with meals and monitoring intake, documenting care in EHR, monitoring vital signs, infection control, and ensuring resident safety and comfort while promoting dignity and quality of life. Collaborative care with nursing staff, participation in care plans, and transportation within the facility are expected.
