Job Summary
Provide basic bedside care to residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, ensuring safety and comfort, performing duties as assigned, and maintaining professional appearance. Requires 18+ years or a high school diploma, completion or enrollment in state-approved training/competency evaluation within four months, and ongoing 12 hours of continuing education annually; prior gerontological experience preferred. Brookville, OH location. Must adhere to uniform standards and hygiene expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or a high school graduate
- Must possess evidence of a State approved training program or complete the training and competency evaluation program as approved by the State of Ohio within four (4) months after beginning employment
- Must complete 12 hours continued education per calendar year
