State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) FT/PRN

Join our behavioral health care team as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), where you will support individuals facing mental health challenges by providing hands-on care, emotional support, and ensuring a safe environment. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring behavior and reporting changes, providing therapeutic interaction, and helping to maintain a calm environment. Strong communication, patience, and observation skills are essential. Experience in behavioral health is a plus, but not required.
