Job Summary
Day Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA) role supporting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines in a Silverton, OH long-term care setting. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming; providing mobility support and transfers; recording resident observations; maintaining cleanliness; upholding safety and infection control; and delivering compassionate, respectful care as part of a team on the day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Requires active Ohio CNA/STNA certification and is a Full-Time position with a supportive care-team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA or STNA certification (in good standing)
- Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
