Job Summary
Conduct prescribed medication administration, assist clients with ambulation and mobility, and support personal care and hygiene tasks. Help clients complete physical therapy exercises, manage shopping needs, and perform light housekeeping duties such as meal preparation. Collect condition and treatment information from caregivers and medical staff, then report unusual incidents and act quickly during emergencies. This role requires adherence to health and safety standards, physical endurance, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
