Job Summary
Conduct prescribed medication administration, assist clients with ambulation and mobility, and support personal care and hygiene needs. Help clients complete physical therapy exercises, manage shopping tasks, and perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation. Collect condition and treatment plan information from medical staff and family, then report any unusual incidents or emergencies immediately. Act quickly and responsibly during emergency situations while adhering to health and safety standards. This role offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour with daily pay, dental and vision insurance, and a flexible schedule. Village Caregiving is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
- Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Physical endurance to complete required tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
