Job Summary
State Street Alpha Transaction Management Implementation Lead, Vice President role leading end-to-end client onboarding and platform configuration for a front-to-back servicing solution. Oversee due diligence, gap analyses, solution design, project scoping, onboarding plans, testing, and live deployment across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Repos). Drive cross-team collaboration with Operations, Technology, and business sponsors; build relationships with clients and PMs; streamline processes to mitigate risk and generate efficiencies; travel may be required. Requires 10+ years in front/middle/back office integration and expertise in Alpha platform configuration, financial instruments, industry utilities, and data/BI tooling.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering
- 10+ years of industry experience with front, middle, and back office integration, functionality, and electronic trading platforms
- Strong understanding of Transaction Management Middle Office services and operating models
- Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and structured products including TBAs and Repos
- Experience with DTCC CTM, DTCC Alert, FX Connect, and messaging protocols like XML and SWIFT
- Ability to create visual dashboards using tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
- Power Query data transformation experience
- Ability to analyze large data sets and translate requirements into data configuration tasks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience with SDLC & Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, RTC)
- MS Office proficiency including CoPilot, Visio, Project, PowerPoint
