Job Summary
State Manager to lead Connect Hearing clinics in Queensland West: oversee 12 clinics with ~54 direct and indirect reports, blending hands-on leadership with strategic oversight. Responsibilities include delivering superior client care and achieving NPS targets, meeting/exceeding state budgets, leveraging sales and service opportunities for growth, optimizing diary capacity and rostering, coordinating with marketing for local area marketing, and ensuring operational and clinical services are executed effectively. Lead and develop the local leadership team and clinic staff, attract talent, address performance issues with HR, and drive retention during change. Requires proven multisite leadership, retail or medical device/regulatory experience, excellent communication, and regular travel across Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, South Burnett, Southern Downs, and Toowoomba. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/economics/BA or related field highly regarded.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track-record in a similar role
- Retail experience and/or medical device and regulation experience
- Extensive experience in a multisite environment
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a geographically dispersed team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all seniority levels
- Ability to travel on a regular basis
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, economics/BA or other related field highly regarded
