Job Summary
As a State Registered Nurse in Home Nursing, you will provide personalized and holistic patient care, execute medical orders, and maintain documentation. Your role includes educating patients and families about home-based care, ensuring timely communication with healthcare professionals, and providing monthly statistical reports. You will supervise junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives, adhere to safety protocols, and collaborate on clinic management. A valid nursing license, at least 5 years of clinical experience, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required.
Required Qualifications
- Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of clinical experience and diversity in clinical experience and teaching
Desired Qualifications
- Possess certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP (According to the specialty)
- Microsoft Office literacy
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shifts and weekends, public holidays, and any time called during an emergency
