STATE REGISTERED NURSE, HAEMODIALYSIS

Provide professional nursing care to hemodialysis patients in KPJ Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive hemodialysis care using dialysis machines and CRRT, managing all phases of dialysis treatment, maintaining patient records, and reporting abnormalities. Conduct nursing rounds, assist with procedures, coordinate with the healthcare team, and support family education. Promote infection prevention, quality improvement, and adherence to nursing policies. Educate patients and families, assist with scheduling and billing, supervise/mentor junior staff and students, and participate in ongoing professional development. Must be licensed by the Nursing Board of Malaysia, with BLS certification, and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Skills include critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. The role is based at KPJ Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital, Malaysia, with in-person, on-site duties, and requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and emergencies.
