Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operational delivery of the HIV ARV Refill and PrEP/PEP projects in the assigned state, maintaining an up-to-date implementation work plan and tracking all milestones. Serve as the primary interface between Maisha Meds and state-level government stakeholders, including the Commissioner, Permanent Secretary, SASCP, and implementing partners, while representing the organization at technical working groups and coordination meetings. Manage the end-to-end onboarding of hub facilities and community pharmacies, monitor network performance, and ensure all staff are trained on approved clinical protocols. Conduct regular supportive supervision visits, oversee defaulter management, and ensure real-time data capture and accurate reporting to donors. Supervise program assistants and contractors to ensure full compliance with national guidelines and donor requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of program experience in HIV/AIDS, public health, or health systems strengthening in Nigeria
- Demonstrated experience working with donor-funded programs, implementing partners, or government HIV programs
- Experience coordinating differentiated service delivery (DSD) models
- Familiarity with PrEP/PEP service delivery and PHRA programming in a Nigerian state context
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across government, implementing partners, civil society, and private sector health providers simultaneously
- Experience with health data systems, EMRs (LAMISPlus, NMRS), NDARS, or similar
- Proficiency in digital data capture tools
