State Product Manager-Nonstandard Auto

Develop and implement Personal Lines Nonstandard Auto product plans to meet annual premium and profit goals, and take responsibility for loss and expense results. Lead strategic plans for expanded product risk appetite, entry into new markets, and enhancements to existing products. Create coverage solutions, underwriting guidelines, pricing improvements, and contract language in collaboration with Analytics, Actuarial, Claims, and Compliance. Leverage regional knowledge to speak to competitor actions and business profiles, and collaborate with partners across the organization to drive changes to systems and practices. Ensure regulatory compliance for new and existing products in coordination with the compliance and filings staff. The role can be filled at Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, or Product Manager II level. Requires travel and supports a Hybrid work model with in-office presence in Stevens Point, WI; Madison, WI; or Nashville, TN, with occasional work-from-home days.
