Job Summary
Senior State Peer Practice Lead coordinating reflective sessions, coaching managers to strengthen understanding of peer work, facilitating Communities of Practice to promote peer-to-peer learning, and providing secondary consultation within established peer practice frameworks across Queensland.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Level IV certificate in Mental Health Peer Work or similar
- Completion of other Peer Work practice models and approaches (IPS preferred)
- 100 points of ID including evidence of working rights within Australia (birth certificate/passport/visa)
- National Police Check (completed with the past 12 months)
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- QLD Child Safety Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Additional Requirements
- Publicly disclosed lived-living experience of mental distress, accessing services and personal healing or recovery
- Working rights within Australia
