Job Summary
Oversee daily and long-term project operations for canvassing, voter registration, and relational organizing programs, managing multiple regional offices and a team of Operations Associates. Collaborate with the Project Director and National Operations team to implement robust human resources and supply processes, while handling project-specific payroll records through the Paycom platform. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and maintain administrative, operational, and supply needs across the state. This cycle-based full-time role requires 40+ hours weekly, with peak times reaching 70+ hours including evenings and weekends. Candidates must possess a cell phone, laptop, and valid driver's insurance, with the ability to travel or relocate on short notice.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of management, operations or administrative experience
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a growing and complex organization's operational needs
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Ability to think and act creatively and flexibly in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends
- Must possess a cell phone and laptop
- Must have ready access to personal transportation and will be required to provide proof of driver's insurance
- Must be able to travel and/or relocate to project locations across the country on short notice
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Suite, ATS, and HRIS software is preferred
