Job Summary
State Manager in NC with responsibility for owning and growing the North Carolina market. Manages the full brand portfolio, tracks depletions and inventory, and drives profitable growth. Builds strong relationships with RNDC and/or Empire teams, activates on-premise and off-premise programming, ensures pricing, menus, displays, and POS execution, and leads menu placements, features, activations, and local partnerships. Identifies distribution gaps and market opportunities, collaborates with the Regional Sales Manager on strategy and distributor planning, participates in sales meetings and market work-withs, and travels across NC 4–5 days per week to call on key accounts.
