Job Summary
State and Local Government Senior Account Manager responsible for owning and selling Zebra solutions to SLED end-user accounts. Develops and executes sales strategies for assigned State and Local accounts, builds relationships with key customer contacts, delivers high-impact sales presentations and product training, and drives profitable revenue growth through solution selling. Requires strong technical understanding, ability to work under general supervision, travel about 50% within the Northeast US, and capability to lead ad-hoc teams when needed. Familiarity with mobile technology solutions for public safety and local government, and the capacity to develop and adapt advanced sales strategies to customer needs. Demonstrates strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration to advance partner relationships and revenue attainment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience 5+ years of selling technical solutions within the SLED (State, Local and Education) industry with specific experience in Public Safety (First Responders, Law Enforcement and Fire/EMS)
- Must reside within the Northeast United States and be able to travel approximately 50% of the time
