Job Summary
Prepare and submit grant and rebate documents and applications while coordinating with internal departments to gather required information. Engage with state agencies and utilities to clarify program details, monitor awards, and ensure ongoing reporting and documentation are completed accurately. Serve as a resource to the Market Development team on special projects related to state and utility incentives. This role supports Highland Electric Fleets' mission to make electric fleets accessible, leveraging expertise in funding opportunities and program compliance for school districts and fleet operators.
